Snakes Alive!

| 29 Sep 2011 | 12:24

On Saturday, Jan. 12, the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum presents Snakes Alive! There will be two presentations, at 10 a.m. and again at 11:30 a.m. This special program will confirm that snakes are indeed cool animals, helpful to the environment and very misunderstood. Come to the museum’s Wildlife Education Center, 25 Boulevard, Cornwall-on-Hudson, to meet some of the resident snakes. Get a close up look at their amazing adaptations. Create your own snake craft to take home. Recommended for children ages 5 and up. $5. For information, call 534-5506, ext 204 or visit www.hhnaturemuseum.org .
