Retired county historian, Ted Sly, now hosts cable show

Goshen Just a few short months after retirement as Orange County historian, Ted Sly and with his wife, Linda, has embarked on a new venture to share his love of local history with local residents. Sly aired the first of his interviews with notable county figures on Time Warner Cable's community access channel 23 on Aug. 9. Joining Sly for his debut show was Orange County Executive Edward A. Diana. The two discussed old Middletown, Diana's Restaurant, family, teaching, life in Orange County. Sly's interviews will run on Time Warner Cable Channel 23 each Tuesday beginning at 5 p.m.
