The North East Watercolor Society 2023 Members Show will be on display in the Orange Hall Gallery on the SUNY Orange Middletown campus Jan. 24 through March 17.
In all, the work of 46 artists will be on display.
From its inception as an art organization in 1973, its aim has been the promotion and preservation of watercolor painting. A reception celebrating the group’s 50th anniversary will be held on Sunday, Feb. 26, from 1 to 4:15 p.m.
The reception and exhibit are free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free parking is available in the lot next to Orange Hall.
