Chester — Bodles Opera House will host rock legends Larry Hoppen and Robbie Dupree at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, March 10. The performance will also include Latin percussionist and bassist Manuel Quintana. In this rare duo performance by two classic rock legends, Hoppen and Dupree will sing their hits, and other original songs, that showcase their songwriting talents. The two friends and cohorts have worked together for over 30 years, and have a story for every song. Hoppen was the lead singer of the band Orleans. His voice is recognizable to many as the solo vocalist on such timeless hits as “Still The One,” “Dance With Me,” and “Love Takes Time.” Dupree’s hits include “Hot Rod Hearts” and “Steal Away,” which earned him a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist.
