Homegrown music and art series continues

GOSHEN — The Homegrown Music and Art Series at the Goshen Farmers Market is held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Friday through October 28 in the Village Square. On Friday, Oct. 7, the artwork of Monroe resident Steve Blumenthal will be featured from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. His paintings use a variety of techniques done in oils, watercolor and pastels. On Friday, Oct. 14, Rob Cannillo and Will Smith will bring music to the market from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m. Cannillo is the singer, songwriter, and guitarist, while Smith is the sax and flute player. The series is made possible, in part, with funds from Orange County Tourism, Orange Arts and the County of Orange. The Goshen Farmers Market is sponsored by the Goshen Chamber of Commerce.
