This weekend is packed with opportunities for musical memories. Exciting events include Florida’s Family Fun Fest celebrating its 25th year, Tin Barn’s Block Party Beer Fest, an 80s Dance Party at Blue Arrow Farm, and nostalgic doo-wop tunes with Forever Young at Railroad Green!

Saturday, August 10

Kickin’ Nash will start the festivities at 12 p.m. during Tin Barn Brewing’s Block Party Beer Fest at Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center (1351 Kings Hwy, Sugar Loaf). Tickets for their event can be purchased on Eventbrite.com.

At 2 p.m., you can choose between several performances: OMG plays classic rock at Warwick Valley Winery, Distillery & Orchard (114 Little York Rd., Warwick); the Rick Savage Quartet brings jazz to Last Whisky Bar (45 Woodlands Way, Warwick); Blank Canvas performs acoustic tunes at Applewood Winery (82 4 Corners Rd., Warwick); and Chas & Joe take the stage at Clearview Vineyard (35 Clearview Lane, Warwick).

At 3 p.m., Jaxx Cafe will deliver original blues-rock songs at Meadow Blues Coffee (8 Greycourt Avenue, Chester), with tickets available for $20.

The evening continues with Boots & Bling Country Line Dancing with Whiskey Crossing at Echo Fields (197 Pine Hill Rd., Westtown) at 5 p.m., and No Promises playing alt-rock at Pennings Farm Cidery (4 Warwick Turnpike, Warwick) for their Sunset Series. The sunset performance features a $10 cover charge that includes one complimentary beer or cider.

At 6 p.m., Dave & John Acoustic offer their up-tempo covers at Orange County Distillery at Brown Barn Farms (286 Maple Ave, New Hampton).

The Last Whisky Bar hosts Chris Raabe to rock at 7 p.m., while Blue Arrow Farm (86 Glenwood Rd., Pine Island) features Second Contact: Rush Tribute. Tickets for this electrifying tribute can be purchased at bluearrowfarm.com.

Finally, at 7:30 p.m., the Black Dirt Bandits will bring high-energy country hits to Greenwood Lake’s Summer Concert Series at Thomas P. Morahan Waterfront Park (7 Windermere Ave., Greenwood Lake).

Sunday, August 11

At 11 a.m., the Florida Family Fun Fest begins on Main Street in Florida, NY, celebrating 25 years. In addition to fun vendors, rides, games, food, raffles, and a car show, there will be live music all day featuring Brotherhood, Flirtin’ with Disaster, Jimmy Sturr & His Orchestra, Whiskey Crossing, Driving Kim Crazy, The Georgia 5, and Tangent!

At 2 p.m., you can enjoy Sons of Hudson at Warwick Valley Winery, Distillery & Orchard, Ethan Levy’s acoustic favorites at Apple Dave’s Orchards (82 Four Corners Rd., Warwick), John Sheehan’s fingerstyle guitar favorites at Applewood Winery, or classic rock hits by Some Guys and a Broad at Tin Barn Brewing (62 Kings Hwy Bypass, Chester). The Hip Replacements will also play an eclectic mix of Broadway standards, classic rock, country, pop, and R&B at Clearview Vineyard at 2 p.m., while the Hudson Valley Jazzwomen Trio featuring Kim Peralta, Linda E. Brown and Sarah Jane Cion, will play tunes from The Great American Songbook at The Albert Wisner Public Library (1 McFarland Dr., Warwick).

At 3 p.m., multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Myles Mancuso will perform at Pennings Farm Market Beer Garden, while Missyping Trio returns for an afternoon set at the Last Whisky Bar.

Dave & John Acoustic will bring their songs to Glenmere Brewing Company (55 Maple Ave., Florida), and The Fabulous Rhythm Aces will bring rock ‘n’ roll to the Trail’s End Taphouse at GWL Garden Market (1197 Route 17A, Greenwood Lake).

At 4 p.m., the Black Cat Bone Band will be on Greenwood Lake at D’Boathaus (322 Lakeside Rd., Hewitt, N.J.) for a set.

Wednesday, August 14

Starting at 4 p.m., Danny C hosts his Summer Concert Series and Hot Rod Cruise Night with country rock and dance music by High Strung, at Blue Arrow Farm. At 5 p.m., Fiddle Frenzy will take over in the Pennings Farm Market Beer Garden, and the night wraps up with golden oldies and doo wop tunes by Forever Young taking on Warwick’s Railroad Green at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, August 15

At 6 p.m., Big Soda & Special K will perform at Pennings Farm Cidery for The Danny Prial Scholarship & Charity Fund Corn Hole Tournament. At the same time, the Ken Flood Duo will play at Trail’s End Taphouse at GWL Garden Market. At 7 p.m., you can enjoy Arborline’s acoustic folk at the Last Whisky Bar, or catch Shea Fleury returning for a night at Mattingly’s Tavern (16 N Main St., Florida).

Friday, August 16

Pennings Farm Market’s Clam ‘n Jam returns with seafood specials in the Beer Garden and a set by N.O. 149 starting at 6 p.m. Also at 6 p.m., Jeremy Langdale will take his tunes to Trail’s End Taphouse at GWL Garden Market. At 7 p.m., Oragami will perform at the Last Whisky Bar. For a blast from the past, Blue Arrow Farm hosts an 80s Dance Party featuring 80s Revolution, the #1 party show band in America.
