All are invited to Chester Public Library's pumpkin decorating party

CHESTER-All members of the family are invited to the Chester Public Library's pumpkin decorating party at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 27, at the Senior Citizens Center on Kings Highway. Participants will supply the pumpkins, and the library will supply the decorations and the goodies. Costumes are encouraged. Adult participation is required for this free program.
