Mike Roman joins realty office BUSINESS. Berkshire, Hathaway, Gross & Janson Relators welcome bilingual Realtor to the Warwick office.

Kevin Colman, broker-manager of Berkshire Hathaway Gross & Jansen Realtors, announces that Michael “Mike” Roman has joined the Warwick office.
"We welcome his vast experience," Colman said.
Colman noted that Roman has a strong background in building enforcement in New York City. He also owns and operates Roman Empire Construction, with his company slogan: "We Build to Stand."
Roman has two law degrees and studied engineering. He also owns his own investment company along with several investment properties.
Roman, who speaks fluent Spanish, is currently in the process of obtaining his New York Broker's license.
“Mike will be focusing his attention not only on residential," Colman said, "but also commercial real estate; we know he will be an asset to our firm.”
Roman said he believes everyone should have a place they can call home and is available to help individuals find their oasis.
