Supermoon 7-13
The second of this year's three Supermoons rose last Friday night into Saturday morning. With few clouds in the sky, the moon was visible for the peak time of Buck Moon Perigree, which is also named Thunder or Hay Moon. The third Supermoon, named the Corn Moon, will be on Sept. 9.
