Aug. 13
Two females from Monroe, aged 18 and 19, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor and issued appearance tickets.

Aug. 14
Ryan M. Mahon, 20, of Monroe, was charged with criminal mischief, petty larceny, and obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Aug. 15
A 19-year-old male from Central Valley was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and issued an appearance ticket.

Donald C. Olin, 47, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous conviction. He was released on bail.

Marcos Lanfernini, 29, of Smallwood, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and issued an appearance ticket.

George W. Earle, 24, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., and an 18-year-old male from Milford, Pa., were charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all felonies. Earle was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. They were released on bail.
