Latinos in Business Succeeding Together host business expo March 31
NEWBURGH — The Latinos in Business Succeeding Together announced their second annual Latinos in Business Expo will be held on Sunday, March 31, from noon to 4 p.m., at the Newburgh Armory, Larkin Center, 321 South William St., Newburgh.
Due to positive response the group received from the community from the inaugural expo, the number of workshop, have doubled, employment center will be larger and a Zumbathon has been added. There are raffles and food sampling from both Mexican and Peruvian restaurants.
Proceeds from the Zumbathon will go to benefit the Newburgh Armory. This event is free and open to the public.
WorkshopsBusiness owners will have access to workshops on financing, maintaining motivation to grow your business and other important topics related to making your business a success.
Workshops have been added in Spanish, one of which includes secrets from a restaurateur on how to run a successful business.
Attendees have access to the employment center filled with local organizations that are looking for Latinos with talent.
High school and college students are invited to join us for a workshop on Politics 101 and what they need to know going into the “real world” on the importance of credit.
