    Alexis S. Niolikos, 21, of Queens, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
    May 15
    Heather S. Grier, 37, of Port Jervis, was charged with resisting arrest, circumventing an interlock device, misdemeanors, disorderly conduct, a violation, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation: alcohol, and driving with ability impaired by drugs/alcohol, felonies. She was sent to Orange County Jail.
    A 29-year-old Chester man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Jeremy D. Booth, 30, of Highland Falls, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
    A 17-year-old male from Goshen was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Joseph V. Bender, 51, of Sugar Loaf, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors, and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
    A 17-year-old male from New City was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

    James C. Borchers, 72, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
    Two 19-year-old males from Nanuet were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on appearance tickets.
    Emmanuel R. Troche, 26, of Chester, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor, first-degree rape, second-degree burglary, and third-degree criminal mischief, felonies. He was released on cash bail.
    Jannine L. Highers, 43, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, felonies. She was released to a third party.

    Daniel Torres, 35, and Emily Fonseca, 36, both of the Bronx, were charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, tampering with physical evidence, a felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Torres was sent to Orange County Jail. Fonseca was issued an appearance ticket.
